In a tweet from his official Twitter account, the minister attached what he termed the ‘latest property tax bills of Zardari’s property’ in a post on his official Twitter account.
Zaidi wrote in his Twitter post, “Just for clarity’s sake… attached are the latest property tax bills of 524 East 72 street, Apt 37F, NY, NY 10021 Bills are all in the name of Asif Ali Zardari.”

He further tagged Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Khurrum Sher Zaman on his post to provide supporting facts for his petition against the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman.
The PTI leadership assigned Khurrum Sher Zaman to file a disqualification reference against Asif Ali Zardari in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) over concealing assets.
It is pertinent to mention here that Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry had earlier claimed that Asif Ali Zardari owned apartment in Manhattan area of United States’ New York city and the property is his undeclared asset.
