The minister for foreign affairs Khawaja Asif on Tuesday has offered the US president Donald Trump for audit of its assistance to Pakistan through US firm and claimed it would expose the liar and honest.

“US President has mentioned the assistance of 33 billion dollars to Pakistan in last 15 years and blamed that Pakistan done nothing, however we are ready to audit the said amount through an international firm that will expose who is telling lie and who is truth,” he said in a statement.

He also offered that Pakistan was ready to pay the fee of the firm if Trump accepts Pakistan offer.

Earlier, United States (US) President Donald Trump on Monday began the new year by accusing Pakistan of giving Washington “nothing but lies and deceit”.

The US president tweeted that Islamabad thinks of US leaders “As Fools”. He said Washington had “foolishly given Pakistan more than $33 billion in aid over the last 15 years.”
